GENERAL POLICIES:
SCHEDULES:
While all Tours are planned to enable the visitor to see and
enjoy as many features as possible, we appricieate that our
clientes may want to modify, lengthen, shorten or combine
one or more Tours, or have a special itinerary of their own
choice. We are fully equipped to repare and handle any such
itinerary or provide you with any special service or information
which our clients may need.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS :
Early reservations are essential to guarantee the accomodations
on the date of the desired travel, to r
eserve space on any
Tour, submit Application Form with a deposit of 30% of the
Tour price with a minimum of $100.00USD. The deposit is due
upon reservation. For individuals and groups the balance of
the payment is due in full, one month prior to the departure
of the Tour.
For a Tour booked with less than one month of time form departure
date, full payment will be due upon reservation.
RATES , FARES, AND COSTS :
Do not include air fare unless otherwise stated. EXCURSIONES
PANTERA S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to alter quoted prices
to reflect changes in ailine fares, land service, or currency
exchange rates, if the group falls below the minimum passenger
requirements, the Tour is subject to cancellation or reschedule.
All rates are per person based on double occupancy unless
otherwise stated. A singles w/group, supplement of 25% will
be charged.
PARTICIPATION:
The traveler is responsible for selecting a Tour that is appropiate
to the health, physical abilities and interests of the traveler.
Equally important are a positive mental attitude, a sense
of humor and a williness to try new and different experiences.
We will be more than happy to discuss the Tour with you, if
you have any questions.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made after the full payment due date are subject
to forfeiture of the deposit. We are very aware of the time,
trouble and book
keeping problems with cancellation charges
and other penalties mean to you and we make every effort to
avoid them.
Never the less, there are instances where we have made prepayments,
for services -air bus tickets, additional tours in the Tour,
entretainment tickets, attraction tickets, hotel deposits
which some of the time are not refundable, in such instances,
we will be obliged to charge whatever amounts we have paid.
Program prices are quoted as a package, no partial refunds
will be given to unused hotel rooms, meal or services for
any reason whatsoever.
We highly recommend that the traveler purchases cancellation
insurance soon after registering for a program. In the event
that the traveler must cancel the Tour, this insurance will
reinburse for non-refundable trip costs.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS :
We reserve the right to cancel any Tour due to inadequate
sing-up which makes the tour economically infeasible to operate,
in such cases a full refund in given but EXCURSIONES PANTERA
S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for any additional expenses
incurred by the clients in preparing for the Tour.
DOCUMENTS:
Immediately upon confirmation, we fax or e-mail you a confirmation/invoice.
Upon receipt of final payment, you will be sent a reciept
as well as more detailed information on all requirements,
what to take, read, etc.
TAXES:
Except where indicated, all prices include sales tax.
INSURANCE
:
We suggest to all clients to purchase medical insurance for
Mexico before departure of the Tour, EXCURSIONES PANTERA S.A.
de C.V. supplies Mexican travelers insurance which is very
limited.
RESPONSABILITIES:
The following paragraph defines EXCURSIONES PANTERA S.A. de
C.V. Responsability with respect to our Tours. Please read
carefully. Payment or deposits represents an acceptance by
the purchaser -client- of the following terms and conditions:
EXCURSIONES PANTERA S.A. de C.V. is not responsible
for any delays, inconveniences, accidents, expense or mishap
of any kind whatsoever entirely, or in part from the negligence
of others or from cause beyond their control. Th
ey can accept
no reponsability for losses or additional expenses due to
delay or changes in air or services, sickness, weather, strike,
riot, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or
expenses will have to be borne by the purchasers -clients-
as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category
for those indicated and to make changes in the itinerary,
where deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules.
Baggage is at owner's risk entirely. No refund can be made
for absencefrom the Tour unless arrangements are made at the
time of booking. Theright is reserved to decline, to accept
or to retain any person as a Tour member for any reason w
hich
affects the operation of the Tour or the rights and welfare
or enjoyment of the tour members-clients- , and a refund of
the recoverable land tour services is the limit of EXCURSIONES
PANTERA S.A.de C.V. and its affilliates' liability.
HOTELS:
Most of our hotels are 3 stars unless otherwise stated, our
camping is in tents w/double occupancy. We provide all general
camping equipment, you have to bring your own personal camping
equipment.
MEALS:
We serve ourselves good hearty breakfasts, usually having
several options to choose from. On the road our lunches are
lite and we keep our calories up on fruits and cookies. Our
dinners are a social meal where we share our adventures with
one another, we all participate in the cooking, special menus
are available upon request as you make your reservations for
the Tour.
GUIDES:
Trained experts with first aid, mechanical knowhow, survival
and other aspects necessary when you are close to nature,
will make feel assured that you are backed by a close friend
that you can count on.
IDENTIFICATION AND PASSAPORTS :
If you are not a Mexican citizen, your passaport and permit
to be in the country is a must.
HEALTH:
In order to enjoy your adventure you need to be in good health.
We recommend you get vaccinated for tetanous, diphteria, typhoid
and anti-cholera, you must also have medical insurance for
the trip.
